I chose this hotel for attending a symposium as it provides a well-equipped business centre, which was convenient for my work. The hotel's location, just a short drive away from Dubai's main government and corporate offices, was also a plus.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room for conferences and presentations.

It's a perfect cheap hotel with favourable and unbeatable location in Deira district really close to 5min walk to metro and restaurants including MacDonalds and close to 24 hours supermarket. They have cold beverages in the night bar. The place provides reasonable prices.

The room was beautifully maintained and quiet in good condition, I felt comfortable there. the food was good with a wide array of options. - All the staff was really kind and courteous, tackled my issues.

I had a great 3-night stay at this place with a perfect location near the Twin Towers Shopping Mall and a nice restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Their rooms are always large and nicely furnished with minibar as well as comfortable bed...

wifi help to do ur bussenes at ur room .the location not far frome city center (naser sq.) and union metro station.groceries and restorants r very near.

there is no non smoken floor as thru ac air smoke will bather u the washing tab is very high the shawer cirtin is too long and plug the drain

The upgrade to a bigger room was mind-blowing, despite the noisy air conditioner. The room was always well-kept. The location was super convenient, with walking distance to Al Ghurair City Centre and Union Metro Station. The staff were extremely helpful, offering immediate assistance and even room changes if needed. The WiFi speed and room cleanliness were excellent. This hotel will be my go-to every time I visit. The hotel is a budget-friendly option with great value for money.

This hotel offers good value. its just 5 mins walkt to the union square metro.station. also if u have the printout from Booked.net its easy to find by foot. check in fast and easy. also could check in earlier. my single room had decent size and was clean. nwhite sheets, good aircon, flat tv. maybe carpet is aged but still ok. supermarket and eateries just outside. recommend to use metro with daypass for 16 dirham. brings you to all sights along sheikh zayed road and deira. book burj khalifa online. All in all a perfect hotel for budget city trip.

We were a family of two adults and four young children. This hotel made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. We were given two connecting rooms, one of which was a kingsize room with a large sofa. We fit very comfortably into these rooms. Housekeeping was fantastic, We usually got up in the morning and left to go touring, on our return the rooms would be fresh, spic and span. Food was abundantly available in the area and very cheap with many resturants offering free delivery that usually arrived within 20 minutes of ordering.

No breakfast included.

Free Internet. Though connecting to the wireless was tough.
